Return & Inspection Guidelines
Because perfumes are personal cosmetics, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product remains in its original, sealed cellophane wrapping.
- The security barcode and serial batch numbers remain intact.
- In the rare event of transit damage or leakage, report within 24 hours via WhatsApp with photos for an immediate replacement.
